Delivery Time Candles are handmade only upon an order to ensure scent is fresh. Averagely, it requires 2-3 days to make and for the candle to settle. Depending on items requested and quantity ordered, subjecting to scent availability, please allow 10 – 20 business days for delivery.

Return Policy All our candles are handmade and so no two candles are exactly alike, which also gives them their individual unique appeal. All candles are thoroughly inspected before packing to ensure you get the best quality. However, if in the event you receive an unsatisfactory candle, please contact us immediately by email to ruby@happymomentscandle.com within 7 days of receipt with a picture of the defective candle. We will arrange for an exchange or you will be refunded payment amount less shipping charges through the same manner in which payment was received. However, we will not be able to accept a return on a candle if you do not like the scent, or wrong scent, color, or model ordered.
